EULA – Tao of the Beast

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By downloading, installing, or using the Tao of the Beast mobile application ("App"), you ("User" or "you") agree to be bound by this End User License Agreement ("EULA"). If you do not agree to these terms, do not download, install, or use the App.

2. LICENSE GRANT

Subject to the terms of this EULA, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App on your personal mobile device solely for your personal, non-commercial use.

3. RESTRICTIONS

You may NOT:

• Copy, modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works of the App
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code
• Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices or labels
• Rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute, or sublicense the App
• Use the App for any commercial purpose without express written permission
• Use the App in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

4.1 App Ownership

The App and all related intellectual property rights remain the exclusive property of the developer. This EULA does not grant you any ownership rights.

4.2 Content Attribution

The App contains works and teachings attributed to Aleister Crowley, including:

• I-Ching translations and interpretations
• Liber Trigrammaton text and concepts
• Thelemic philosophical content
• Qabalistic correspondences and systems

These materials are presented for educational, spiritual, and research purposes in accordance with fair use principles and public domain status where applicable.

4.3 Trademark Notice

"Tao of the Beast" and associated logos are trademarks of the developer. All other trademarks mentioned are property of their respective owners.

5. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• MERCHANTABILITY
• FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE
• NON-INFRINGEMENT
• ACCURACY OR COMPLETENESS OF CONTENT

6. SPIRITUAL AND EDUCATIONAL NATURE

6.1 Purpose

This App is designed for:

• Educational study of Taoistic and Thelemic philosophy
• Personal spiritual practice and meditation
• Historical research into Aleister Crowley's work
• Divination and oracle consultation for personal guidance

6.2 No Professional Advice

The App does NOT provide:

• Professional counseling or therapy
• Medical, legal, or financial advice
• Guaranteed predictions or outcomes
• Substitute for professional consultation

Users should consult qualified professionals for serious life decisions.

7. USER CONDUCT

You agree to use the App respectfully and in accordance with its spiritual and educational purpose. You will not use the App to:

• Harm, harass, or intimidate others
• Promote illegal activities
• Distribute malicious content
• Violate others' privacy or rights

8. PRIVACY

Your privacy is important to us. Our data collection and usage practices are outlined in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into this EULA.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

11. TERMINATION

11.1 Termination by You

You may terminate this license at any time by uninstalling the App from your device.

11.2 Termination by Us

We may terminate this license immediately if you breach any terms of this EULA.

11.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and delete all copies from your devices.

12. UPDATES AND MODIFICATIONS

We reserve the right to:

• Update the App with new features, bug fixes, or content
• Modify this EULA with reasonable notice
• Discontinue the App or certain features

Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of changes.

13. GOVERNING LAW

This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Poland, without regard to conflict of law principles.

14. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of this EULA is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

15. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

This EULA constitutes the entire agreement between you and the developer regarding the App and supersedes all prior agreements.
